May is Fun!

Enjoy some of our recent adventures: Donovan Park, the Houston Zoo, and swimming. We took Joshua swimming last week at the Skiffs and went from freaking out to jumping off their waterfall within 30 minutes. We bought him a floatation suit this week and tried it out on Saturday at a swim party - he loved it and was trusting Creston to hold him on his back to float and starting jumping in the pool and going under the water.

Let's Go to the Park AND the Zoo!

Joshua loves the park - any park - and so we switched it up and went to Donovan Park in the Heights - We had a great time! We both end up chasing him around making sure he doesn't jump from the ledges that are too high. Joshua especially loves this park because it is under a flight path of many airplanes and helicopters too - so basically we do a lot of pointing at the sky too:)

Next up - the zoo! What a fun day we had - Joshua really loved the Children's Zoo where he was able to be hands-on with the animals. His first carousel ride is captured below - what joy and wonder our little J has with everything new - very curious and loved every minute!

Beach Boys x 2

We were invited to a celebration party for Mitt Romney with guest performers - the Beach Boys. It was a fun party! Also, our other 'beach boy' Joshua is learning how to keep cool in the hot Texas weather - water, water, water!

Joshua's two latest feats :)

Joshua is so fun - two of his latest feats: 1 - Buckling his seat belt (which is required before all of his rides in his 'car') and 2- Blowing bubbles - too cute!

Goodbye CCR

April 30th marked the end of my time at Creative Consumer Research as now I embark to build a business with Creston as an investing Realtor here in Houston. So fun!

Many memories were had at CCR in the past nearly 4 years and I seriously have such great memeories of my time there. CCR - you will be missed!
