Summer Fun

Some pictures of our family vacation to New Braunfels, TX to take in the awesome Schlitterbahn water park before summer was over. We love this place and it's great for kiddos too. If you visit Texas, you have to check it out!

Our sweet little sleeping Reese. She loved sleeping at Schlitterbahn just as much as Joshua enjoyed splashing and swimming. What a life!


Seriously, one of my all-time favorite pics. Since Reese has joined our family, Joshua had been begging me for 'pajamas like Reese'...you know - the footed kind like in this picture. You can see that he got his wish and he loves these pajamas. This is Reese at 2 1/2 months and Joshua at 2 1/2 years. Cool, huh? And if you were wondering, YES, our kids are tall. :)

How much fun can you cram into one week with your family? Let's see: family pictures, riding horses, riding tractors, swinging on swings, jumping on the trampoline, rolling on the grass, jumping into the pool or hot tub, feeding the ducks, going to Lagoon, watching movies, making 'dirt' cups, playing basketball, playing on the rocking horse, eating food and more food, staying up late to chat, rocking my new baby as I enjoy a morning walk in fresh air, drinking the fresh mountain water, watching out for snakes, having a luau, eating some more, blessing a sweet baby, talking some more, eating some more...notice that sleep was not mentioned :) It's all about the fun and family. We love the Armstrongs!
